Frequently asked questions
A practical guide to preparing image and video requests, understanding the quote and keeping completed results.
Create an accountCan I use KEY711 without writing code?
Yes. Image Studio and Video Studio provide browser workflows. The API is an alternative for developers integrating generation into their own applications.
Are prices shown in Malaysian ringgit?
KEY711's generation quotes are shown in RM. The billing unit depends on the model, and output settings or reference-video use may affect the amount. Token-priced generation is estimated before submission and settled using actual token usage.
Does every model accept the same references?
No. Image, video and audio support, per-file limits and combined limits are model specific. Check the current capability details before uploading or submitting; passing an upload check does not by itself guarantee generation acceptance.
Are voice, identity and lip movement guaranteed?
No. References guide generation but do not guarantee exact identity, expression, pronunciation, voice or lip synchronization. Review the completed result before publishing it.
Where do I get an API key?
Create an account, sign in and use the existing API-key controls. Select the appropriate permissions and keep the key private. A model's presence in a public catalog does not grant every key access to it.
Should I submit again after a timeout?
Not automatically. The request may have been accepted before the response was lost. Keep the task or request ID and check progress or usage records first. Another generation submission can be a separate billable request.
Are generated videos stored permanently?
Do not assume permanent storage. Some models explicitly keep output on the server for no more than 24 hours after completion and do not add it to Cloud Works. Check the selected model's notice and download videos you need to keep before expiry.
What should I do if generation fails?
Read the specific failure reason and check the task's recorded charge and refund status. Fix unsupported files or settings before deciding on a new request. Do not infer a refund from a generic error message alone.
Can I upload any image, clip or voice reference?
Use material you have permission to upload and use. Review the relevant terms, the selected model's requirements and the generated output before publication. This site does not promise universal commercial rights for every model or input.
